Timbertecs are LABC (Local Authority Building Control) partners. As such we can make Building Regulation Applications for anywhere in England and Wales from our Head Office.
Our team have developed a standard format with LABC which enable them to read the information more easily and this usually speeds up the application process.
Of course the speed in which we can make an application does depend on the complexity of the building but there are ways you can help us and the great news is this can often save you money.

One of the most time consuming factors is the redrawing of your structure for Building Control, if you can provide us with the CAD drawings we can make the necessary changes much more cost effectively. This saving can be passed on to you.

Often one of the biggest hold ups to an application for Building Regs is gathering the information. Making sure you reply and respond to information requests promptly will help keep your application on track.
