There is no obligation to buy, all we ask is for a fully refundable £10 deposit to hold your consultancy space.
The Complete House Design Package
What’s more we have an exclusive self-build package that will provide you with Planning, including a site visit and production of all the necessary documents for the application including house floor plans and the Local Authority fee, Building Regulations, Architectural Design including 3D images, and detailed design work ready for construction all at a flat rate with no hidden costs.
Our home design packages allow you the freedom to design your own house, not be constrained by someone else’s ideas in a catalogue. Our totally bespoke design approach allows you to get creative and build the home you want.
Unlike many architects we will provide you with the house design, 3 Dimensional Conceptual designs and detailed designs for construction plus planning drawings and application, and Building Regulation applications and drawings all for a fixed price.
